The main functions of this equipment include screw feeding, star wheel transmission, cam mode automatic grooving, synchronous automatic compensation of hob feed, synchronous online dust collection, automatic blanking, rejection of defective products, carrier circulation transmission (automatic filling of DMC for hob and synchronous online dust collection, CCD detection after grooving, GONOGO fixture inspection of grooving size, automatic blanking. Rejection of defective products, etc.;
This part of equipment automatically realizes bar code information and function information as well as bonding and saving it, and can be connected with MES system and process equipment before and after the process;

FHS self-developed and verified 12-axis turret cylindrical cam mechanism, in the case of quality and quantity, work efficiency surpasses the existing industry efficiency, breaking the dominant situation of Japanese and Korean enterprises.
Current collector welding machine
Brief description of main functions:
The collector welding machine adopts IPG single-mode laser + high-speed galvanometer welding system for welding, and the self-developed magnetic transport line can maximize the utilization efficiency of the welding machine.

By adopting the integrated structure of the welding copper mouth pressing plate and the vibrating mirror, the consistency of the defocusing amount of key welding parameters can be ensured, and the industrial problem of unstable welding quality caused by the dimensional tolerance of battery core incoming materials can be solved.
The power stability of the imported fiber single-mode laser is ± 1%, and the focal spot is less than 50 microns.
The high energy density welding beam can quickly break through the absorption threshold of near-infrared light of copper and aluminum high reflective materials. Under the same penetration, it can effectively reduce the heat input in the welding process, reduce the probability of scalding, and achieve high-speed and stable laser welding effect.
The integrated following shielding gas and dedusting structure can protect the whole area of the welding seam position in the welding process and eliminate the influence of smoke and dust on the welding quality in time.
With welding energy waveform control technology, it can precisely adjust the penetration at the beginning and end of welding to ensure the consistency of the overall penetration and width of the weld.
High speed disk cam mechanism
