Since the beginning of this year, Zhoushi Town has always adhered to the principle of "cadres dare to do" to help "enterprises dare to do". In the first quarter, the start-up rate of nine major industrial projects above the municipal level reached 80%, and the investment in fixed assets of the whole society reached 21.17 billion yuan, an increase of 18.1% over the same period last year. The vitality of development is constantly surging. Today, FHS Group and Northern New Town Group jointly build Kunshan Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, which will open a new chapter for future development. Zhoushi Town will also take this opportunity to help enterprises cooperate with large universities such as Suzhou University, promote greater breakthroughs in key core technologies, promote the upgrading of the North Loujiang New Energy Industrial Park, and create a new highland for the new energy automotive industry in the Yangtze River Delta with an annual output value of over 10 billion yuan.

Project introduction:
In 2022, FHS Group and Kunshan North New Town Asset Investment Co., Ltd. formally reached an industrial park cooperation agreement. With a total investment of about 1 billion yuan and a land use area of 86 mu, the project is scheduled to be completed and accepted in the second quarter of 2024 and put into trial operation in the third quarter. The completion of the industrial park will provide a larger and higher platform for the development of FHS Group in the next five years, providing more capacity space and broader prospects. FHS Group will continue to take "becoming a respected intelligent manufacturing enterprise" as its vision goal, continue to increase technological research and development and independent innovation, give full play to the advantages of industrial park scale, further promote the development of new energy related industries in Zhoushi Town, and effectively promote local economic growth.
